ELKO, Nevada – Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital recently donated $10,000.00 to Friends In Service Helping (FISH). “We value the many vital services that FISH provides,” said Steve Burrows, hospital director of community relations. “At NNRH, our mission is making communities healthier. FISH does this on a day-to-day basis by assisting our neighbors who face the greatest need. It is our privilege to support them in these efforts.”

Sherry Smith, executive director of FISH, said that her organization was grateful to receive the donation. “These funds will help alleviate worry, hunger, and fear for many individuals in our area,” Smith said. “FISH truly appreciates the support of NNRH. We are excited and proud to have such a wonderful community partnership.”
